Most Sikkim trips start from Bagdogra Airport or New Jalpaiguri railway station in West Bengal, with a scenic drive of roughly 4-5 hours up to Gangtok. We arrange this connecting transfer as part of the package.
Nathula Pass and North Sikkim both require permits, arranged in advance and subject to weather and border conditions. Nathula can close at short notice due to weather or security, so we build flexibility into itineraries.
Gangtok + Tsomgo: 4-5 days including travel from Bagdogra. With North Sikkim: 7-8 days for Lachung, Yumthang Valley and relaxed driving.

Sikkim’s roads are relatively well-maintained compared to other Northeast destinations. North Sikkim routes toward Lachung and Yumthang involve narrower, higher-altitude stretches requiring an experienced driver.
