These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with Anushka Tours and Travels (“we,” “us,” “our company”), whether for local taxi service, outstation cab bookings, tempo traveller rentals, or custom holiday packages. By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Booking and Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only once we’ve provided verbal or written confirmation of vehicle, driver, and fare details.
Pricing and Payment
- Included: Driver charges, fuel, and standard tolls unless otherwise specified
- Extra Charges: Parking fees, monument entry tickets, driver accommodation for multi-day trips will be communicated clearly before booking
- Payment: Advance deposit and balance terms will be confirmed at booking and may vary by trip type
No charges will be added without prior notice.
Cancellations and Refunds
- 48+ Hours Before Trip: Full refund minus processing fee
- Within 48 Hours: Higher cancellation charge may apply due to vehicle and driver allocation
- Packages: For hotel/camp bookings, refund depends on the provider’s policy which we share at booking
Changes to Itinerary
We understand travel plans can change. Reasonable itinerary adjustments during a trip will be accommodated where possible.
Significant changes like added destinations or extended duration may involve additional charges, which will be communicated before proceeding.
Passenger Conduct and Safety
Passengers are expected to follow reasonable safety instructions from drivers, particularly on mountain or high-altitude routes.
Vehicle and Driver Allocation
While we make every effort to provide the specific vehicle type and same driver for repeat customers, allocation is subject to availability.
We reserve the right to substitute an equivalent vehicle in case of mechanical issues or unforeseen circumstances, without reduction in service quality.
Liability
Anushka Tours and Travels maintains appropriate vehicle insurance as required by law.
- Our liability for delays or disruptions due to weather, road closures, natural events, or government restrictions is limited as per Indian law
- Personal belongings remain the passenger’s responsibility throughout the trip
Governing Law & Changes
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Amritsar, Punjab.
Changes: We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The version in effect at the time of your booking confirmation applies to that trip.
